Both trims of the Toyota RAV4 Prime are powered by a hybrid 4-cylinder/ tri-electric motor setup that pairs with an 18.1-kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The hybrid engine power output is 302 horsepower. The RAV4 Prime also features standard all-wheel drive.

Technology

The RAV4 Prime ensures a slightly upgraded set of standard tech features compared to the gas-powered RAV4. The SE RAV4 Prime offers an 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, satellite radio, USB ports, in-vehicle Wi-Fi connectivity, and a 6-speaker audio system.
