We cannot see inside of the engine or other assembled components of the vehicle, but we believe our FitzWay Checkout is the most comprehensive inspection possible, that is also affordable, and we rely on it to determine what warranty (if any) we offer on all our vehicles. We provide this report so that consumers will know as much about the condition of each vehicle as we do.

  7. Handyman Fixer-Upper Information:
    • Every effort is made to report complete information but we do not guarantee all problems are identified.
    • Vehicle will be rendered inoperable at time of sale.
    • Maryland: In most cases these vehicles DO NOT pass Maryland Inspection. Vehicle may be rendered inoperable at the time of sale. You can return the vehicle to the selling location up to 30 days to complete the Maryland Inspection process at no additional Maryland Inspection charge. Afterwards, the Maryland Inspection fee applies. Fitzgerald Auto Malls must apply for the title which will indicate "sold for dismantling or rebuilding" and state "NI" (needs inspection). Bill of Sale will indicate "Sold for Dismantling or Rebuilding". Vehicle is over 6 model years and 60,000 miles and "Waiver of Implied Warranty" is required. If Maryland inspection is not completed, the vehicle must be towed off the lot.
    • Florida: No State Inspection
    • Pennsylvania: These vehicles DO NOT pass Pennsylvania Inspection. Waiver of Implied Warranty is required. You can return the vehicle to the selling location up to 30 days to complete the Pennsylvania Inspection process at no additional Pennsylvania Inspection charge. Afterwards, the Pennsylvania Inspection fee applies. Fitzgerald Auto Malls must apply for the title which will indicate "sold as-is - vehicle is unroadworthy". No temporary registration or tags will be provided. Bill of Sale will indicate "Needs Pennsylvania Inspection - Vehicle unroadworthy".
